电压互感器负荷箱测量不确定度分析与评定

Analysis and Evaluation of Voltage Transformer Load Box Calibration Uncertainty

按照JJF 1264-2010《互感器负荷箱校准规范》和JJF1059.1-2012《测量不确定度评定与表示》的规定,分析了被校电压负荷箱5VA量限在额定电压的20%、100%和120%时的有功分量、无功分量的测量不确定度来源,并进行了A类不确定度和B类不确定度评定,计算合成标准不确定度,确定扩展不确定度,并得到不确定度评定报告,为实验室校准电压互感器负荷箱检验工作提供参考。

In accordance with the provisions of JJF 1264-2010 Transformer Load Box Calibration Specification and JJF1059.1-2012 Evaluation and Expression of Uncertainty in Measurement,this paper analyzes the measurement uncertainty of the active component and wattless component of the calibrated voltage load box 5 VA range at rated voltage of 20%,100%,120%,and evaluates the type A uncertainty and type B uncertainty,calculates the combined standard uncertainty,determines the expanded uncertainty of determination,and issues the uncertainty assessment report,to provide reference for the laboratory calibration of voltage transformer load boxes.
