油箱焊接平台控制系统的设计与研究

摘要 针对手工扶持焊接劳动强度高、焊接质量差的现状,开发了一个自动焊接平台。采用基于PLC的控制系统,对油箱的焊接进行自动控制,实现连续循环加工,最终使焊接平稳、焊缝规则。在直线焊接时,伺服电机处于力矩模式,实现与焊机焊极的线速度匹配;在圆弧焊接时,通过三轴联动实现圆弧过渡;并且可以通过触摸屏设定油箱焊接焊缝的长度、宽度和过渡圆弧半径等参数,以满足不同油箱的焊接要求。 According to the current situation that fuel tank welding with manual support has high labor intensity and bad welded seam,an automatic tank welding platform is developed to get stable welding and perfect welded seam.The control system based on PLC can realize automatic control of fuel tank welding and achieve continuous cycle processing.The servo motor adopts torque follow-up mode to match the line speed of the electrode of the seam-welding machine in line segment welding,while it accomplishes arc transition through the triaxial linkage in arc welding.In order to meet the welding requirements of different fuel tanks,welding seam length,width and transition arc and other parameters of them can be set through the touch screen.
