摘要
以某公司生产的新型动态称重质量分选机为实验平台,详细分析了动态称重的问题。建立了称重系统的动力学模型,提出利用参数辨识方法求取称重质量的方法。采用限定记忆的最小二乘法计算方法详细推导了待称重货物质量的计算公式。进行了多次实验,并与传统的动态称重算法的结果进行了对比,结果表明,该方法是可行的。
Taking one company's new dynamic weighing sorter as experimental platform,this paper analyzed the problem in dynamic weighing system detaliedly.The dynamic model of the weighing system was set up,the method based on parameter identification to obtain the weighing value was proposed,and the calculation equation based on the least square method with restricted memory to calculate the weighing value was derived.A number of experiments were conducted,and the results of experiment were compared with the data from traditional average algorithm.The results show that this method is feasible.
