摘要
针对异步电动机空载或轻载运行效率很低的问题,分析了功率、功率因数、电压之间的关系,提出基于恒功率因数控制的降压节能方法,可根据电动机功率因数的变化自动调节电动机的端电压值,并设计出了控制系统。
For the existing problems of low efficiency when asynchronous motor is no-load or light-load running,this paper analyses the relationship of power,power factor and voltage,and then it presents the energy saving method based on constant power factor control.According to the change of the motor power factor,it may regulate the terminal voltage of asynchronous motor automatically.And the control system is designed.
