摘要
介绍了客车变速器缓速器支架的应力仿真分析。使用SolidWorks软件对缓冲器支架进行建模,并使用SolidWorks自带的分析模块对其进行应力仿真分析,对零件进行应力校核,为零件设计和改进提供依据。
The strength and stiffness analysis of bracket of electric vortex retarder is presented by finite element method.The parametric model of the bracket of electric vortex retarder is established using the software SolidWorks.Moreover,stress simulation analysis is completed by the analysis module of SolidWorks,the strength and stiffness of the part is checked,it provides a basis for designing and modifying the part.
