自由、自在是相反相成的,中国人对自由的理解是逍遥游,不自知而自乐,亦达到大化的境界。西方对自由的理解是从必然王国到自由王国,是理性掌握了对象之后依客观规律而行动,并且是建立在相对高度的物质发展基础上。当西方文化以一种强势话语席卷全球时,中国也被绑上了战车。现代社会,经济、文化以一种空前的速度发展。本文以当代一座县城的发展为例,分析这种文化建设的缺失。

Freedom and being are a couple of opposite complemex. Chinese’s understanding of freedom is peripateticism, also reachs the maximization of the realm. The Western understanding of freedom is from the realm of necessity to the realm of freedom, which is a rational grasp of the object according to the objective law and action, and is based on relatively high material development foundation. When the western culture in a dominant discourse sweeps the globe, China is also tied on a chariot. In modern society, economic and cultural develops at an unprecedented rate. This paper will give an example of the development of contemporary of a county to analyze the lack of culture construction.
