近年,随着我国高等教育的快速发展,大学扩招后,毕业生数量大幅增加,同时市场用人单位的人才需求质量又不断提升,导致就业供给数量与需求质量间的矛盾日益加大,大学生就业难成为一个不容忽视的社会问题,促进大学生就业成为当前就业工作的首要任务,通过分析造成当前大学生就业困难的主客观多方面原因,为更好培养大学生就业能力,调动各方面有利因素,拓宽大学生就业渠道提出建议对策。
