摘要
目的为较好地解决限制母乳喂养普及、完整问题,实现完全母乳喂养,促进母乳喂养宣传指导工作向纵深发展。方法于2012年11月至2013年3月针对导致母乳分泌不足的多种综合因素,采用电话调查,通过心理辅导、指导充足科学膳食、刺激乳头乳晕、帮助产妇消除疲劳、充分保暖等多管齐下的办法,全方位、综合性协同干预。结果催乳前母乳分泌不足率达27.18%,催乳有效率达97.83%,催乳后母乳满足率达56.52%,母乳分泌满足率提高≥50个百分点的有13个,占28.26%,母乳满足率提高效果显著。结论采取多管齐下的办法,全方位、综合性协同催乳是可行的,可以推广。
Objective To solve the limitation problem of breastfeeding popularization and integrity,to achieve full breastfeeding and promote the deepening development of breastfeeding education and guidance. Methods According to the multiple factors of breast milk inadequate secretion,using telephone survey,through psychological counseling,scientific diet,nipple areola stimulating,eliminate fatigue and fully warm multi-pronged approach,full range,comprehensive and coordinated interventions were implemented during November,2012-March,2013. Results The breast milk secretion deficiency rate was 27.18% before lactagogue.The lactagogue efficacy rate was 97.83%and breastfeeding fulfillment rate accounted for 56.52% after lactagogue.The breastfeeding fulfillment rate increased more than 50 percentage points for 13 cases,accounting for 28.26%,increased significantly. Conclusion Multi-pronged approach,full range,comprehensive and cooperative lactagogue are feasible,worthy of promotion.
