摘要
本文介绍了团队化培养化工创新人才的实践和机制。通过指导教师的基本素质、核心学生的创新能力培养和学生创新团队的构建和运转三个方面,论述了团队化培养化工创新人才的良性运行机制,从而大幅提高化工创新人才的培养质量和受益面,成为具有推广价值的工科人才培养模式。
The paper introduces the team training of creative chemical engineering talents and discusses its operational mechanism in three aspects, i.e., basic qualities for tutors, innovation capacity training of core students and establishment and operation of students' creative teams so as to improve both the quality and the quantity of the training.
