摘要
在教育部教师工作司组织进行全国幼儿园园长现状调查的背景下,湖南省组织有关人员对本省3市13个区县的260名园长领导行为进行问卷调查,结果表明:园长的价值领导、组织领导与教学领导并重;园长的“信”、“知”、“行”处于分离状态;园长的领导行为存在性别、专业、学历和工作经历等方面的差异;园长所在的幼儿因情况不同,园长的领导行为相应也存在差异。为此,应重视幼儿园园长专业标准的科学化建构、幼儿园园长的全面发展及培训,并不断提高培训质量,进一步探索幼儿园园长的专业成长途径。
Based on the national survey of the kindergarten principals conducted by teachers department of Education Ministry, relevant experts in Hunan province conducted a survey of 260 principals in three cities and thirteen counties of Hunan province, and the results showed that the value leadership, organizational leadership and instructional leadership are equally important to the principals, that the principals' faith, cognition and behavior are separate from each other and that the principal's leadership behaviors are different due to different genders, professionals, education and work experience and kindergartens. Therefore, we must attach great importance to the construction of scientific and professional standards for kindergarten principals, training and all-round development of them, constantly improving the training quality and further exploring approaches to their professional growth.
