摘要
同伴冲突是儿童与同伴之间频繁发生的一种社会互动形式,蕴含着深层次的发展性的积极作用,对发展幼儿的社会观点采择能力具有重要的促进作用。幼儿与同伴在区域活动中时常会由于材料、空间、规则等原因发生冲突,在冲突的过程中会在认识上“去自我中心”、形成亲社会行为、建立良好的同伴关系。因此,需要提供丰富的活动材料、设定合理有序的区域、建立良好的活动常规,从而提升幼儿的自主探究、同伴交往、自我控制的能力,最终促进幼儿社会观点采择能力的提升。
Peer conflict, which is a frequent social interaction between children and their companions and contains deep positive role of development, plays an important role in promoting young children's ability to select social development views. Children often conflict with peers in area activities because of material, space, rules and so on. During the process, they will remove the self-centered thought, form pro-social behavior and establish good partner relationship. Therefore, we need to provide rich activity materials, set up a reasonable and orderly area, and establish a good activity rules in order to improve young children's self-exploring, peer exchange and self-control capacity, eventually helping to promote children's ability to select social views.
