摘要
高校辅导员和班主任是两个与大学生校园生活联系紧密的教师群体,他们对于大学生群体的重要性不言而喻,但在我国高等教育管理领域存在辅导员和班主任之间工作关系定位不清晰的问题。对比分析辅导员和班主任的工作岗位,探索二者之间工作关系的应然状态,并结合相关的实际情况,高校辅导员和班主任的工作职责分配可采取“同体分层”或“异体分割”的模式。
Since counselors and head teachers in colleges and universities are two teacher groups who have closely relationship with their students, they are very important to their students. In the management field, the working relationship between them is vague, ~erefore, it is very necessary to solve this problem. We propose that the mode of ""dividing the shared work from a macro-level and a micro-level"or"classifying each job as macro-level or micro-level one be adopted in the assigmnent of their job responsibilities by comparing and analyzing their position and exploring the natural state of working relationship between them
