舌尖上的文化——从马王堆汉墓遣策中管窥汉代饮食文化

Culture on the Tip of Tongue Food Culture in the Han Tomb Qiance at Mawangdui

所谓"马王堆汉墓遣策",是对"马王堆一号汉墓遣策"和"马王堆三号汉墓遣策"的总称。马王堆汉墓遣策的发现,对于我们研究西汉初年的饮食文化,特别是湘地饮食文化提供了丰富、生动而可信珍贵材料。我们试图从马王堆汉墓遣策中所记载的食物种类、烹饪技术和饮食器具,结合一些历史文献资料,管窥汉代及湘地饮食文化的一些内容。

＂ Han tomb Qiance at Mawangdui＂ is the general name of＂No.1Han tomb Qiance at Mawangdui＂and＂No.2Han tomb Qiance at Mawangdui＂.Han tomb Qiance at Mawangdui provides rich,vivid,credible and precious materials for our study of the food culture of early Western Han Dynasty,especially the food culture in Hunan.We try to get a general idea of the food culture in Han Dynasty and that in Hunan from the type of food,cooking and eating utensils which are recorded in Han tomb Qiance at Mawangdui.
