摘要
以600 MW火电机组锅炉密封风机为改造对象,根据系统配置的特殊情况,将其中2台风机改造为增压密封风机,由大气取风改为由一次冷风母管取风,电机额定功率降低了66%。通过增压减容改造,75%负荷下,厂用电率降低约0.13个百分点,年节电约8 500 MWh,节能效果明显。同时结合改造后情况,对风机的运行方式和联锁逻辑进行了优化,充分发挥了节能项目的节能作用,同时保证了系统运行的安全性,提高了密封风机运行的可靠性。
For reducing the energy consumption of a 600 MW coal-fired unit,two sealing fans are retrofitted to booster fans basing on the special system arrangement.The air source is changed from atmospheric to cold primary air header,and the rated power of motors is reduced by 66%.After the retrofit,the power consumption rate is decreased by 0.13%and 8 500 MWh of electricity are saved each year under 75%load condition.The results show that energy-saving effect is obvious.For full play the energy-saving effect,the operation mode and interlocking logic is also optimized,which guarantees the safety of system operation and improves the reliability of sealing fans operation.
