乌克兰资优学生基本价值观的构建与培养

On the Construction and Cultivation of Gifted Students' Basic Values in Ukraine

由于资优学生成年后会成为影响社会发展的各个领域的主力,并且资优学生的智力和心理发展有其特殊性,常常存在某些个人缺陷,因此对其基本价值观的构建与培养尤为重要。文章在对基本价值观研究的现状及意义进行梳理的基础上,结合国内外的相关研究经验提出了构建和培养资优学生基本价值观理论。并针对当前乌克兰基础教育的现状进行了分析,考虑资优学生在构建与培养基本价值观过程中的特点,提出现代教育应当从传统教育观念的单纯重视认知和实践转变为着重培养学生情感价值关系。

Gifted students will be the main influence in various fields in the future,and the intellectual and psychological development of gifted students has its own peculiarities.There is often some personal flaw,so to build their basic values is particularly important.This paper is based on the current situation and the significance of the research of fundamental values,on the combination of relevant research experience at home and abroad,proposes to build and develop the fundamental values of gifted students.And basic education for the current situation in Ukraine is analyzed.Considering the characteristics of gifted students in the process of constructing the basic values,it puts forward that the focus of modern education should be changed from traditional pure cognition and practice to the cultivation of students＇ emotional value relationship.
