摘要
2014年9月,英格兰地区的国家课程评估进入另一个重要的发展时期,因为于2014年9月付诸实施新的《国家课程》修订中至关重要的一项内容就是对英国中小学课程评估制度进行改革。文章通过回顾1988年以来英格兰地区国家课程评估的改革与发展历程,试图将其发展历程划分为评估系统初步建立、对系统的抵制与简化、相对稳定时期、新评估系统的研究与问世四个阶段,并且总结分析出其发展特点,同时反思我国课程评估的现状。
In September 2014,the development of national curriculum assessments in England entered another important period,since in September this year an element of a new "national curriculum" was put into practice that's vital to amend the UK primary and secondary schools course evaluation system reform.This paper reviews the reform process and development process of the national curriculum assessments in England since 1988,trying to divide system development process into four phases—the initial establishment of the system,the boycott and simplified period,the relative stability period,the advent of the new evaluation system.At the same time,this paper analyzes the characteristics of its development and reflects the curriculum reform of our country.
