摘要
五年一贯制农村定向师范生是江西省为提升农村小学师资水平而制定的一种全新师范类学制。培养一支素质良好、相对稳定的农村中小学教师队伍,缩小农村和城市小学教师的差距,促进城乡教育均衡发展有着重要的意义。通过对五年一贯制农村定向师范生教师素养进行调查研究,发现他们在教育教学中存在的问题,这些不足阻碍了农村定向师范生提高教师素养的因素,针对这些问题,在成因分析的基础上,提出促进农村定向师范生提高教师素养的有效措施。
Five-year consistent rural oriented normal students are a new normal education system in order to enhance the teachers' quality of rural primary schools in Jiangxi Province.The cultivation of a relatively stable teachers' group with good quality and the reduction of the distance between rural and urban primary teacher are of great importance to promote the balanced development of education in urban and rural areas.Based on the investigation of teachers' quality of five-year consistent rural oriented normal students,some problems were found in rural teaching.These hindered oriented normal students' quality in rural areas.Based on the analysis of the causes,some effective countermeasures were put forward to enhance the teachers' quality.
