摘要
实践教学能力是师范类专业教师合格任教的条件之一。地方院校师范类专业教师须具备较强的实践教学能力,才能在实践教学中发挥示范和指导作用,帮助学生将教学知识转化为专业教学实践能力。地方院校要建立教师专业发展学校,建设实践教学师资队伍,进行制度创新,加强教师培训,引领师范专业教师实践教学能力的发展,提升其专业教学实践能力。
Practical teaching ability is essential for a qualified teacher in the teacher education program.Teachers in the teacher education program in local universities and colleges must have a high practical teaching ability to ensure their demonstrative and guiding roles and thus help students put knowledge on teaching into specialized teaching practice.Local universities and colleges are hereby proposed to set up teacher professional development schools,foster teachers in teaching practice,adopt innovative operation systems and intensify teachers training to promote their specialized practical teaching ability.
