摘要
高学习投入的大学生具有与学习、科研和就业相关的持久的积极情感和认知心理状态,愿意在学习中付出努力且保持旺盛的精力,能感受到学习带来的意义和快乐。运用国内学者开发的心理资本问卷、大学生专业承诺问卷和国外的学习投入问卷,对浙江某地方性本科院校833名大学生的调查结果表明:在校大学生心理资本对学习投入有正向作用,专业承诺在心理资本和学习投入间关系的部分中介效应显著,专业承诺调节心理资本和学习投入关系的效应不显著。高等教育实践中可将心理资本干预融入培养方案,将心理资本开发和专业承诺培养纳入课程教学目标,帮助大学生提高学习投入水平。
The industrious college students have positive emotion and cognitive psychology related to learning,research and employment,and they are willing to work hard,keep themselves full of energy,and enjoy the meaning and pleasure of learning.This paper uses the psychological capital questionnaire and college students' professional commitment questionnaire made by domestic scholars and learning engagement questionnaire abroad to investigate 833 college students of a local university in Zhejinag Province.It shows that the psychological capital of college students have positive effect on learning engagement,professional commitment have obvious mediating effect on the relationship between psychological capital and learning engagement,and professional commitment does not have a significant effect on adjusting the relationship of psychological capital and learning engagement.Psychological capital intervention can be integrated into the training program of higher education,psychological capital development and professional commitment training can be one part of curriculum objectives so as to raise the level of college students' learning engagement.
