摘要
近年来,消费者对我国商业银行服务收费的不满和质疑越来越多,银行服务收费已成为当前社会广泛关注的热点问题。本文结合商业银行服务收费现状,对商业银行开展服务收费的背景及依据从国际经验、经营成本、法律等角度进行分析。针对商业银行服务收费过程中存在的问题,指出商业银行在推进服务收费改革过程中,应从服务收费定价机制、内部管理、产品创新等方面进行提升,构建科学规范的收费管理体系,为商业银行业务良性发展提供有力支撑。
In recent years, consumers have dissatisfied with and questioned China' s commercial bank service charge, and bank service charge has become a focus of social attention. Combining with the present situation of commercial bank service charge, the pa- per analyzes the background and basis that commercial banks carry out the service charge from the perspective of international experi- ence, operating costs and laws etc. Aiming at the problems in the process of the commercial bank service charges, the paper points out that when commercial banks promote the reform of service charges, they should improve the service charge pricing mechanism, inter- nal management and product innovation, build a scientific and standardized charge management system so as to provide a strong sup- port for the benign development of commercial banks.
