Evaluation of information literacy capability based on RBF

在已有研究的基础上,从信息素养核心能力和信息素养外围能力两个方面构建信息素养评价指标体系,进而提出了一种基于RBF(径向基)神经网络的信息素养评价模型.最后,以高校大学生为例进行了实例分析.

On the basis of existing research, this paper builds the simple and clear evaluation in- dex system of information literacy competency including two aspects （information literacy core ability and information literacy peripheral ability）. And then, this paper proposes an informa- tion literacy evaluation model based on RBF （Radial Basis Function） neural network. In the end, this paper takes some college student for example to conduct the instance analysis and achieves satisfactory results.
