摘要
针对现有装载机在循环作业工况下燃油消耗量大、能源利用率低以及无法回收动臂下降时的势能等问题,提出一种可回收动臂势能的装载机液压节能系统.介绍了该系统的工作原理及不同工作模式下的运行状况,建立了动臂下降时能量回收的数学模型,并用Simulink进行了仿真.仿真结果表明,该系统能改善装载机的工作效率,减少燃油消耗和排放.
In order to solve the problems such as large amount of fuel consumption, low utiliza- tion of existing wheel loader under cycle operation, and unable to recycle potential energy of the boom, we proposed an energy saving hydraulic system to recycle the potential energy of the boom. The working principle of the system was introduced, the different running states under different operating modes were analyzed, the mathematic model of the recycled energy when the boom going down was built,and then the process was simulated with Simulink. This system can improve the working efficiency of the wheel loader, and reduce the fuel consumption and emis- sion.
