摘要
根据水利水电工程环境保护工作的发展需要,长江三峡水利枢纽三期工程开展了环境监理工作。环境监理通过协助业主开展全面的施工区环境管理、联合工程建设监理单位共同对施工现场实施管理等方式,确保各项环保措施得到有效落实,取得了良好效果。三峡工程环境监理通过多元化的工作实践,为大型水利水电工程环境监理服务向环境综合管理服务转型积累了经验。
In order to meet the environmental protection requirements for water resources and hydropower projects, environmental supervision work was carried out during the third phase construction of the Three Gorges Project. Environmental supervision assisted the owner to carry out comprehensive environmental management for construction areas and managed the worksite together with construction supervision organization to ensure that various environmental protection measures were implemented with sound effect. Through diversified environmental supervision practices in the Three Gorges Project,experience was accumulated in transition from environmental supervision service to integrated environmental management service for large-scale water resources and hydropower project.
