摘要
为贯彻落实新疆维吾尔自治区党委提出的"环保优先、生态立区"和"资源开发可持续、生态环境可持续"要求,在对自治区重点行业开展全面调研的基础上,因地制宜地提出了新疆重点行业环境准入条件并已试行。自试行以来,环境准入条件已经成为新疆维吾尔自治区环境保护厅建设项目环保审批和管理工作的依据和指南,也成为新疆各地、各部门决策的重要参考。
In order to implement the requirements by the Party Committee of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region on ＂giving priority to environmental protection and establishing eco-friendly Xinjiang ＂ and ＂sustainable resources development and eco-environment ＂,environmental access criteria for key industries in Xinjiang was formulated after an overall investigation of local industries. Since it was put into practice on a pilot basis,the environmental access criteria has become the basis and guideline for Environmental Protection Department of Xinjiang to approve and manage construction projects. It is also a critical policy-making reference for all local governments across Xinjiang.
