我国军民合用机场噪声问题及对策研究

Study of Noise Problems and Countermeasures for China's Military and Civil Jointly-used Airports

由于军用机场和民用机场管理体制等存在差异,军民合用机场的声环境影响评价和管理存在诸多问题。为有效推进军民合用机场噪声污染防治工作,文章结合国内典型军民合用机场的噪声影响情况对军民合用机场噪声特点、声环境影响评价和管理现状及存在的问题进行了梳理,并提出相应的对策建议。

Due to regulatory variations between military and civil airports,problems exist with noise EIA for military and civil jointly-used airports in China. In order to effectively prevent and control noise pollution,the paper analyzes noise characteristics,noise EIA and status quo of noise management in China＇s typical domestic military and civil jointly-used airports,and proposes some countermeasures and suggestions.
