摘要
通过阐述国内现有机场规划与城市规划之间的矛盾,给出了国内14个机场声环境指标的比较,提出了结合机场周边声环境敏感目标的分布,调整机场平面布局和优化飞机运行方式,减少飞机噪声影响的实例。依据《机场周围区域飞机噪声环境质量标准(征求意见稿)》和某机场飞机噪声预测,绘制了机场周边飞机噪声控制用地分类图,提出了制订飞机噪声管控办法的建议。
This paper expatiates the contradiction between the existing domestic airport planning and city planning,and gives the comparisons of acoustic environment indicators in 14 domestic airports. It argues that the airport layout and aircraft operation mode should be adjusted based on the sensitive target distribution in acoustic environment surrounding the airport in order to reduce the influence of aircraft noise. It also argues aircraft noise control land use classification map should be charted in accordance with Aircraft Noise Standards for Airport Surrounding Areas( Draft). Finally,some suggestions on establishing aircraft noise management and control measures are proposed.
