消旋卡多曲联合培菲康治疗婴幼儿秋季腹泻的疗效观察

Clinical efficacy of racemic card multi curve combined with bifico in treating of infantile autumn diarrhea

目的探讨消旋卡多曲联合培菲康治疗婴幼儿秋季腹泻的临床疗效。方法 80例腹泻患儿均为我院2013年1月~2014年1月间收治的患儿,根据治疗方法不同分为观察组及对照组,每组各40例,两组均予以补液、纠酸、调节电解质紊乱、抗病毒、微生态调节等基础治疗,观察组予消旋卡多曲颗粒口服,≤9个月每次10 mg,每天3次,〉9个月每次20 mg,每天3次;培菲康胶囊口服1岁以下,每次1粒,每天2次。1~3岁,每次1粒,每天3次。重症可加倍,将胶囊内药粉用温开水或温牛奶冲服。对照组同时予培菲康胶囊口服1岁以下,每次1粒,每天2次。1~3岁,每次1粒,每天3次。疗程共连用7 d。治疗后观察两组的临床疗效、患儿的退热时间、腹泻及呕吐停止时间。结果观察组的总有效率为97.5%,对照组的总有效率75.0%,两组疗效比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;治疗后观察组患儿的退热时间、腹泻及呕吐停止时间分别为（2.52±0.12）d、（3.64±0.19）d、（4.03±0.67）d,分别与对照组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论消旋卡多曲联合培菲康治疗婴幼儿秋季腹泻疗效确切,可以快速缓解临床症状,安全性好,值得临床推广和应用。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of racemic card multi curve combined with bifico in treating of infantile autumn diarrhea. The control group at the same time treated with Bifico capsule under the age of 1, 1 tablet each time, 2 times a day. 1 to 3 years old, 1 tablets each time, 3 times a day. The treatment lasted for 7 days. Results The total effective rate of observation group was97.5%, efficiency of 75.0% of control group, there was significant difference between two groups（P〈0.05）; After the treatment, the cooling time, diarrhea and vomiting stopping time points of the observation group was（2.52±0.12）d,（3.64±0.19）d,（4.03±0.67）d, respectively, compared with the control group, there was significant difference between two groups（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Racecadotril combined with bifico in treatment of infantile autumn diarrhea have good curative effect, can rapidly relieve clinical symptoms, the security is good, worthy of promotion and application.
