32例粘连性肠梗阻患者中西医结合治疗及护理

Treatment and nursing of 32 cases patients with adhesive intestinal obstruction combined traditional Chinese and western medicine

目的观察中西医结合治疗粘连性肠梗阻的疗效及护理方法。方法全部64例粘连性肠梗阻患者均为2010年2月~2013年6月本院该科收治的患者。其中32例行常规西医治疗,余32例联合中药进行治疗,两组均予以有效的护理干预,比较两组的自主排气时间、排便时间、术后住院时间。结果本组64例患者排气、排便,腹痛、腹胀、呕吐等症状消失,X线示肠管积气或液平面消失,随访1年复发3例,2例患者治疗1周后临床症状无明显好转,肛门仍未排气、排便,X线检查有多个液平面并肠管积气,疑有绞窄性肠梗阻,及时进行手术治疗。治疗组的自主排气时间、排便时间、术后住院时间均显著短于对照组,组间比较,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论对粘连性肠梗阻患者,中西医结合治疗的同时配合综合性护理干预,可以促进粘连性肠梗阻患者胃肠功能的恢复,提高疗效。

Objective To observe the curative effect of combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine in treatment of adhesive intestinal obstruction and nursing. Methods All of the 64 cases of adhesive intestinal obstruction patients were selected from 2010 February to June 2013 in our hospital. Among them 32 cases underwent conventional western medicine treatment,32 cases combined with traditional Chinese medicine treatment, effective nursing intervention,the time of hospitalization,independent exhaust and defecate time,postoperative were compared between two groups. Results 64 cases of patients with exhaust and defecation,abdominal pain,abdominal distension,vomiting and other symptoms disappeared,the X line showed intestinal pneumatosis orliquid plane disappeared,3 cases were followed up for 1 year recurrence,2 patients after treatment 1 week,the clinical symptoms had no significant improvement in anal not exhaust and defecation,X line inspection with a plurality of liquid plane and intestinal pneumatosis,suspected ofstrangulated intestinal obstruction,timely surgical treatment. The treatment group of independentexhaust and defecate time,postoperative hospitalization time was significantly shorter than that in control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion For patients with adhesive intestinal obstruction, comprehensive nursing intervention combination with traditional Chinese and western can promote gastrointestinal patients with adhesive intestinal obstruction restoration of function, improve the curative effect.
