摘要 近年来,有研究资料显示Toll样受体(toll-like receptors,TLRs)具有模式识别受体(pattern recognition receptor,PRR)的功能,不同的病原体相关分子模式(pathogen-associated molecular patterns,PAMPs)可以被Toll受体识别,在宿主免疫应答及炎症反应中起重要的作用。而人细小病毒B19曾被报道与桥本氏甲状腺炎的发病相关联。鉴于TLRs在慢性自身免疫性疾病和感染性疾病中的作用以及人细小病毒B19在桥本氏甲状腺炎发病中的作用,本文就TLRs与人细小病毒B19在桥本氏甲状腺炎发病机制中的联合作用机制作一综述。 In recent years, studies show that Toll-like receptors has the function of pattern recognition receptor, different pathogen-associated molecular patterns can be identified by Toll-like receptors, so they play an important role in the host immune response and inflammatory reactions. Human parvovirus B19 has been reported to be associated with the incidence of Hashimoto’s thyroiditis. In view of the effect of TLRs in chronic autoimmune diseases and infectious diseases as well as the effect of human parvovirus B19 in the pathogenesis of Hashimoto’s thyroiditis, the combined effects of TLRs and human parvovirus B19 in the pathogenesis of Hashimoto’s thyroiditis will be elaborated in this article.
