从保证中频感应炉安全熔炼的角度,对其常用保护系统进行了分析。针对中频炉的工作特性及常见故障,详细介绍了常见报警保护系统的工作原理及工作方式。主要包括:水冷却报警系统、接地报警系统以及过压过流保护系统。
Form the point of security melting, this paper analyzes the protection system in medium frequency induction furnace, introduces the principle and application mode of the common alarm protection system in detail. The main protection system includes the cooling water system, grounding alarming system and overvoltage protection system.
