摘要
铝合金铸件内部的显微孔洞会影响铸件的使用,采取浸渗工艺对其进行封堵,可以提高铸件的可靠性,本文介绍了浸渗剂的选择,浸渗工艺过程,对浸渗后的试样进行了SEM和EDS分析。
The microscopic holes in the aluminum alloy castings are likely to affect the use of the casting. The infiltration technology can be used for filling up the holes and improving the reliability of the castings. This paper presents the selection of the infusion, the infiltration process. The samples after infiltration were analyzed by SEM and EDS.
