关节镜手术治疗膝关节前交叉韧带囊肿的疗效分析

摘要 目的分析前交叉韧带（ACL）囊肿的临床特点和诊治方法，方法2009年1月至2011年8月11例ACL囊肿患者，均行关节镜下囊肿切除术回顾性分析11例患者的临床症状、体征、MRI表现、关节镜下所见及病理结果。采用Lysholm评分对手术疗效进行评价、结果术后随访15～36（平均22．5）个月，囊肿无复发，关节疼痛症状消失，关节活动范围和强度恢复良好。手术前Lysholm评分为（790±7．3）分，术后1年（94．2±4．1）分（P〈0．05）。结论临床症状与囊肿位置和大小有关，特异性体征为疼痛“触发点”，部分囊肿存在黏液样变性MRI检查敏感性．特异性较高，为首选检查方法。关节镜下囊肿切除为首选治疗方法，术后疗效较好．
