加长型第三代Gamma钉治疗股骨粗隆下骨折疗效分析 被引量：3

摘要 目的探讨加长型第三代Gamma钉（pTGN）治疗股骨粗隆下骨折的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析自2009年2月至2013年8月采用pTGN治疗的31例股骨粗隆下骨折患者的临床资料。结果所有患者均获得6～24个月随访，平均16个月。骨折愈合时间为2-7个月，平均4个月。按照Harris髋关节创伤后功能评分系统进行评分，优22例、良7例、中2倒，优良率为935％。未出现内固定物切出股骨头、内固定断裂、术后再骨折等并发症、结论pTGN治疗股骨粗隆下骨折，可减少复杂创伤后的手术再创伤，固定牢靠，并发症少，是一种有效可行的固定方法．
