摘要代谢综合征（metabolic syndrome,MS）是肾内科和内分泌科的常见病。它是一组以胰岛素抵抗为病理生理基础的代谢紊乱症候群[1]。代谢综合征患者多同时合并有多重致肾脏损害的危险因素。肾脏动脉多普勒超声在肾功能评价上有较高的价值,血管阻力指数反映了循环血流阻力的大小,在许多早期慢性肾脏病变中均提倡使用[2]。近年来,肾静脉超声在发现早期肾损害、评价肾功能方面被关注,
