有效校本教研三字诀

摘要 中小学校本教研工作步履维艰,存在口号化、形式化、表面化、务虚化等问题,偏离了新课程改革的设计初衷,也严重影响着校本教研的可持续发展。校本教研要摆脱现实的窘境,提高其有效性,我们认为就要立足学校教育的现实,以批判的态度,唱好三字诀。十多年的新课改实践以及校本教研的经验警示我们:专业反思、专业合作、专业引领,三个要素在校本教研中相辅相成,缺一不可。 school-based teaching and research work of primary and secondary schools struggling, exist slogan, formal, superficial, regarded, deviated from the design of the new curriculum reform, also seriously affects the sustainable development of the school-based teaching and research. School- based teaching and research to get rid of the plight of reality, to improve its effectiveness, we think that is based on the reality of school education, with the attitude of criticism, sing good three- word tactic. New curriculum reform for more than ten years of practice and school-based teaching and research experience warns us: professional reflection, professional team, professional lead, three elements in the school-based teaching and research complement each other, be short of one cannot.
