有效校本教研三字诀

中小学校本教研工作步履维艰，存在口号化、形式化、表面化、务虚化等问题，偏离了新课程改革的设计初衷，也严重影响着校本教研的可持续发展。校本教研要摆脱现实的窘境，提高其有效性，我们认为就要立足学校教育的现实，以批判的态度，唱好三字诀。十多年的新课改实践以及校本教研的经验警示我们：专业反思、专业合作、专业引领，三个要素在校本教研中相辅相成，缺一不可。
