中外合作办学是我国高等教育国际化的主要形式,是我国各高校提高办学层次,扩大办学规模的重要举措,地方院校必须正视国际化,适应国际化,积极开展中外合作办学,引进国外优质教育资源和先进办学经验和模式,促进我国高等教育的改革,实现教育创新,力争在未来高等教育市场上占有一席之地。

SCRS is our main form of internationalization of higher education ,and it is an important measure to improve our lev-els of universities and to expand their size.Local colleges and universities must face internationalization,adapt internationaliza-tion,actively carry out sino -foreign cooperative education,introduce foreign quality educational resources and advanced edu-cational experiences and models,promote the reform of higher education in China,achieve educational innovation,and strive to occupy a place in the higher education market in the future.
