摘要
文章针对江苏省实施《国家中长期科学和技术发展规划纲要(2006-2020年)》(以下简称《纲要》)情况的评估工作,围绕"十一五"以来江苏省实施《纲要》的机制和战略影响、科技部署及政策措施,总结取得的成效和影响,分析存在的问题,并提出相关建议。
The paper adopts the evaluation research of implementing ＂the national medium and long-term science and technology development plan outline （2006-2020）＂ （referred to as ＂NSTDP＂） in Jiangsu. The paper focuses on the mechanism,strategic impact, R＆D program and policy implementation, since the ＂1 lth five-year plan＂ to implement the NSTDP, and then summarizes the results and impact, analyses problems, and put forward suggestions.
