江苏省科技资源开放及共享现状初探

Preliminary Exploring of the Status Quo in the Opening and Sharing of S&T Resources in Jiangsu Province

文章阐述了江苏省科技资源的总量、科技资源开放及共享现状,重点分析了江苏促进大型科学仪器设备开放共享和科技文献开放共享的做法及取得的成效,并提出了江苏省科技资源开放共享的公共服务工作存在的问题。

The quantum of S＆T resources and the actuality of the opening and sharing of S＆T resources in Jiangsu province are reviewed in this paper. The concrete practice and achieved results in the opening and sharing of large-scale scientific instruments and equipment and scientific literature in Jiangsu in recent years are analyzed emphatically. In addition, this paper explores the existing problems in the opening and sharing of S＆T resources in Jiangsu.
