摘要
2004年,江苏省在全国率先设立科技成果转化专项资金,将省级财政科技经费的50%聚焦于成果转化环节。文章针对专项资金实施10年来的总体部署和具体措施,总结专项资金所取得的成效和影响,分享十年硕果的经验和体会。
In 2004,Jiangsu province firstly set up the transformation of scientific and technological achievements special fund, put 50% of the financial technology funds of province into the transformation part. The paper adopts the overall deployment and specific measures of the special fund, and then summarizes the results and impact, shares experience and understandings.
