摘要
产品改进项目是汽车零部件企业内的新兴的一种项目。文章分析并总结了这类项目的特点,结合APQP和8D报告等质量工具,提出一种适用于这类项目的进度计划管理模式,该模式可以有条理地掌握项目的经度,及时得到项目中发生变更的问题点,为整个项目能够按计划进行提供可靠的依据。
Product Improvement (PI) project is a new rising project in automobile spare enterprises. According to the projects character and combine with quality tooling such as APQP / 8D report etc, to develop a new project schedule management model which is suitable for this PI project. The model make the project schedule be more clearly and it is can timely to get the key issue happened in the project process, which will make the project schedule and plan be more reliable.
