Taking the Social Demand as the Guide to Construct Training Model of Entrepreneurial Business Management Talents

契合社会发展对创业型工商管理人才的需求,文章致力于探索改变传统的应用型工商管理人才的培养目标,依托创业管理及创业教育的理论研究,从明确培养目标、创新课程设置、丰富教学内容、改善教学方式、系统构建实践教育体系、拓宽培养渠道、配套措施的构建与实施等方面尝试构建创业型工商管理人才整体性培养模式。以期推进创业教育与工商管理专业教育的融合,提升高校的教学水平和人才培养质量,为社会培养和输送具有创业精神和创业能力的创业型工商管理人才。

According with the social development for the entrepreneurial business management talens＇s demand, which is base to explore and change the training objectives of traditional applied management talents. We should rely on theory research of entrepreneurial management and entrepreneurship education, and from aspects of clearing the training goal, innovating the curriculum set, enriching teaching content, improving teaching methods, systematicly constructing practice education system and broadening the channels of training to try to construct integrity training mode of entrepreneurial business management talents. Finally we expect to promote a fusion of entrepreneurship education and business management professional education and improve the teaching level and quality of cultivating talents to cultivate and transport entrepreneurial business management talents who are provided with entrepreneurial spirit and ability.
