供销合作社综合改革背景下高职院校服务新农村建设策略研究

A Study on Service Strategies of Higher Vocational Colleges in New Socialist Countryside Construction under the Background of SMC Comprehensive Reform

开展供销合作社综合改革是2014年中央1号文件和《政府工作报告》提出的一项重要改革任务,也是新形势下全面深化农村改革、加快推进农业现代化的一项重大部署。为使供销合作社改革发展取得实效,高职院校特别是供销系统内高职院校应充分发挥其优势和作用,深入分析当前高职院校服务新农村建设中存在的问题,通过增强人才培养的适切性、教育培训的实用性、科学研究的应用性和社会服务的针对性等来切实提升其为"三农"服务的能力。

It is an important reform task to carry out SMC comprehensive reform in No.1 Central File and Government Work Report, and a major deployment to comprehensively deepen rural reform and accelerate agricultural modernization under the new situation. In order to enable reform and development of SMC effective, higher vocational colleges, especially those in supply and marketing system, should deeply analyze their current problems in new socialist countryside construction, and improve the ability to serve ＂three agriculture＂ thruagh enhancing aptness of talent cultivation, practicability of educational training, application of scientific research and relevance of social services.
