摘要
从理论角度构筑了生鲜农产品物流的形成机制,其主要受到物流主体的组织化程度和物流活动的综合程度的影响,形成四种典型的生鲜农产品物流链模式,然后根据这四种模式的发展程度和我国的生产力情况,得出生鲜农产品物流链的演化路径。紧接着又分析了生鲜农产品物流链物流模式的演化动因,并指出在一定时期内,占主导地位的物流链类型取决于这两种变量所达到的水平和结合的方式。最后以沃尔玛为例,通过SWOT分析,得出优化生鲜农产品物流链的具体方法。
In this paper, from a theoretical angle, we built the formation mechanism of the fresh farm produce logistics chain as well as the four typical operational modes, and then in view of the development extent of the modes and the practical situation of China, derived the evolutionary path of the fresh farm produce logistics chain. Next we analyzed the drivers behind the evolution of the modes, pointed out that during a certain period, the dominant type of the logistics chains was dependent on two variables, and at the end, in the case of the Wal-Mart, obtained the specific method for the optimization of the fresh farm produce logistics chain.
