私家车激增背景下城市交通拥堵问题与治理对策——以宜昌市为例

Countermeasures for Urban Traffic Congestion in Light of Private Car Boom:In the Case of Yichang

随着人们物质生活水平的不断提高,宜昌私人小汽车逐渐普及,城区交通拥堵状况日逐严重。加强对私家车出行过程的管理与控制是解决城市交通拥堵难题的重要突破门,在借鉴国内外治理交通拥挤成功经验的基础上,具体分析了宜昌市目前存在的交通拥堵问题及其成因,并在私家车激增背景下提出了治理宜昌市交通拥堵的具体对策。

In this paper, by drawing on the successful domestic and foreign experiences in treating urban traffic congestion, we analyzed specifically the traffic congestion issues in Yichang at the current stage and the causes thereof, and next, in view of the rapid increase in the number of private cars in the city, proposed the specific countermeasures to treat the traffic congestion there.
