摘要
在分析我国电商物流发展现状和中小电商采用物流外包策略好处的基础上,从中小电商营销运作的角度分析了物流外包带来的营销风险,在此基础上结合实际提出了中小电商规避物流外包营销风险的具体策略。
In this paper, on the basis of an analysis of the current development status of the e-commerce in China and the advantage of the logistics outsourcing strategy for the small-and-medium-sized e-businesses, we studied the marketing risks in the logistics outsourcing process from the perspective of the small-and-medium-sized e-businesses, and on such basis, proposed the specific strategies to help these e-businesses evade the logistics outsourcing risks.
