摘要
指出波特-劳勒模型以"工作绩效"为核心,构建了"激励→努力→绩效→奖励→满足→努力"这一完整的激励机制和激励过程,揭示了"努力-绩效"、"绩效-奖酬"、"奖酬-满足"这三种关系对行为动机和激励效果的影响和决定作用。并介绍在具体实施过程中,物流企业要通过增强目标管理的针对性和可控性、强化绩效评估的公正性和导向性、提升外在奖酬的行为导向性、提升内在奖酬的价值导向性等策略和途径,不断提升员工内部和外部激励水平,从而提高物流企业的管理绩效。
In this paper, we pointed out that we should establish a process from motivation→effort→performance→reward→satisfaction→more effort centered on the conception of work effort in the Potter-Lawler model, unveiled the critical influence of the relations between effort and performance, performance and reward and reward and more effort on the conducts and motivation of the employees and then introduced the specific strategies and paths for the implementation of the motivation process.
