摘要
指出目前我国物流行业"人才荒"与"就业难"共存,人才供需错位现象成为物流企业人力资源管理的主要问题,并从多方面分析了问题存在的原因,找出造成人才供需错位的矛盾症结,最后提出了解决我国人才供需错位问题的几点建议。
In this paper, we pointed out that at the current stage the logistics industry in China suffered simultaneously from the shortage of talent and employment opportunity and that the mismatch of the supply chain demand of human resources had become a major problem for the logistics enterprises, then explored the causes for the existing problems, identified the root of the phenomenon, and at the end, proposed several suggestions for the solution of the problems.
