In this paper, we first discussed the concept and participating entities of the purchasing operation of logistics enterprises, then analyzed the specific process and characteristics of the business modes of the purchasing operation, next, studied in-depth the influence of the modes on the logistics enterprises, financing enterprises and financial institutions such as banks involved in the businesses, and at the end, summarized the potential credit risks in the purchasing operation.
