Analysis of Dynamic Collaborative Development of Higher Vocational Colleges and Enterprises Based on Game Theory

以界定高职院校与企业协作发展的收益变化为研究的切入点,构建了高职院校与企业动态协作发展的模型,利用鹰鸽博弈分析影响双方协作发展的动因,在考虑内外部环境因素的情况下,不协作时的正常收益、协作发展收益、协作发展的初始投入、积极选择协作一方因对方不选择协作发展时的损失、外部环境支持力度等都会影响校企间的动态协作发展。揭示了高职院校和企业在随着内外部环境的变化过程中,应不断地调整协作动因,使协作双方的共赢合作在非平衡与平衡的转化中实现高职院校与企业动态协作发展。

In this paper, with the studies on the changes in the benefits from the collaborative deVelopment of the higher vocational colleges and enterprises as the starting point, we built the model of the dynamic collaborative development between the two, using the eagledove game to analyze the driving forces behind the collaboration between the two, found out the various influence factors of the dynamic collaboration between the colleges and enterprises, and at the end, proposed the corresponding countermeasures.
