Study on Collaboration Mechanism of International Logistics Supply Chains Based on Service Modularization

对国际物流供应链协调机理及失调的原因进行了分析,阐释了其实施模块化的可行性及其优势,得出通过模块化分解与重组来重建国际物流供应链协调机制的有效路径,以实现整个物流流程的高效运作,提高企业国际竞争力。最后从价值创新及微观企业组织等角度,对物流服务流程模块化的研究进行了展望。

In this paper, we analyzed the coordination mechanism of the international logistics supply chain and the cause for its lack of coordination, explained the feasibility and advantage of the modnlarization of the international logistics supply chain, arrived at the effective path for the coordination of the international logistics supply chain through modular decomposition and regrouping, and at the end, from the angle of value innovation and microscopic corporate organization, offered the outlook for the modularization of the logistics service process.
